3/7/98  Gravy  Read below for Ingredients.  Mix in bowl:
 1/2 cup Flour
 4 cups liquid ---Beef, Pork, Chicken bouilion to taste.
Mix well.
Put in pan and cook stirring til smooth.
Frying pan:
 Shortening enough to wet the flour.
 Brown, then add liquid, Milk, stirring til smooth .
For Ham Gravy - Add Ham juice to the Milk Gravy.
When frying Chicken, Beef or Pork & when it is done, use the
shortening & whats left in the pan then add flour & maybe more
shortening, brown a little then add water to make the gravy the
consistency you like.
May add Bouilion, Chicken, Beef Or Ham.  Elfrieda Postma  
